.....a flexible, modular high-rise that grows and changes with its residents, aiming to restore social connection in cities where people often live in isolation. Built with a strong steel frame and prefabricated units placed by crane, it allows the structure to evolve based on community needs. By focusing on sustainability and shared spaces that encourage natural interactions, the project questions whether high-rise living can truly be comfortable and suggests a new way of living—where buildings are not just structures, but places that breathe, adapt, and bring people together.
